Start here. What cold chain monitoring is for, where OpenCCMS came from, how an installation fits together, what a data gathering module measures, the three ways you will see the system, and which course to take next. No permission level required.
Entry course. Read a wall-mounted OpenCCMS touch panel: appliance tiles, temperature and door states, alarms, breaches and the excursion graph.
Permission level 1. View the Cold Storage dashboard, interpret alarm bell states and trend data, read graphs and run reports.
Permission level 2. Everything a Read Only user can do, plus acknowledging alarms, resolving with a comment, bulk actions and correct breach procedure.
Permission level 3. Everything a Write user can do, plus the Admin view: folder navigation, editing appliance details, temperature and alarm settings, and calibration.
Permission level 4. The top tier: adding and deleting appliances and folders, virtual appliances, and the module Settings view including custom fields, error values and breach types.
